Shipping Policy
Following are our Shipping and order cancellation policy customer must read before order.
- Order delivery within City: 1-3 business days
- Order delivery within Ontario: 2-5 business days
- Order delivery within Canada: 4-8 business days
- Order delivery US: 6-10 business days
Shipping charges are based on destination, size and weight of your order and vary from city to city and country to country. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable by the respective location officials will be borne by the customer.
The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s).
During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.
Orders Received on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday and orders received after 2pm will be processed on next working day. Mostly orders take 3 to 5 working days for delivery after dispatched. For urgent delivery customers are asked to contact us by phone.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once a product is processed and or has shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply. BARKS n' REC may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock; pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
- You need to contact us to cancel your order.
- An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been processed, shipped and or delivered to you.
